In patience, love will grow,  
A gentle, steady flow.  
With kindness, hearts will mend,  
True love will never end.  

It shuns the prideful glare,  
Embraces those who care.  
No envy in its sight,  
It shines with purest light.  

In trust, we find our way,  
Through night and into day.  
Though gifts may fade away,  
Love’s essence will not sway.  

As children, we once knew,  
But now, we seek what's true.  
In time, we’ll understand,  
Love’s depth, a guiding hand.  

So let us strive to be,  
The love the Lord wishes to see.  
In every act, let’s show,  
The love that helps us grow.
