Rise O Hearts Of Grace

In towns where shadows creep,
Jesus walked, hearts to keep.
He taught with gentle grace,
In each familiar place.

The crowds, like sheep, were lost,
Harassed, they paid the cost.
With eyes that saw their plight,
He brought them hope and light.

“Pray for workers,” He said,
“Where fields of need are spread.”
The harvest ripe and wide,
Yet few would stand beside.

Compassion calls us near,
To serve, to lend an ear.
Let not our hearts grow cold,
In love, let us be bold.

For every hand we lend,
Can heal, can mend, can tend.
So rise, O hearts of grace,
Embrace this sacred space.
