In Mark 9, a father's plea is heard,
His son tormented, his heart stirred.
Desperate for relief, he seeks out Jesus,
Hoping for a miracle to free us.

The disciples falter, unable to heal,
But Jesus' power, the father can feel.
With frustration and compassion in His eyes,
He challenges the father, to his surprise.

"Everything is possible for one who believes,"
A powerful message that relieves.
In the face of doubt, faith must prevail,
For miracles to unfold, we must set sail.

Hold onto belief, in the darkest night,
For with faith, all things come to light.
The power of belief, a lesson profound,
In our own lives, let faith resound.

So let us remember, in times of strife,
The transformative power of faith in life.
