Stand strong in the Lord,  
His strength is our sword.  
For battles unseen,  
In shadows they glean.  

Not flesh that we fight,  
But darkness and light.  
With truth as our help,  
In faith, we are dealt.  

Righteousness shields hearts,  
From where evil starts.  
The gospel we bear,  
Brings peace everywhere.  

With faith as our shield,  
No fear will we yield.  
The Word, our true helm,  
In God’s light, we dwell.  

So arm yourself well,  
In His grace, we swell.  
For victory's near,  
With Christ, we have cheer.
