In Christ we find our hope and strength,
Endurance through the insults, He bore the length.

The Scriptures teach us to endure,
To find encouragement and hope secure.
Let us not seek our own pleasure,
But follow Christ, our ultimate treasure.

For in His example, we find grace,
To endure insults with a smiling face. 
So let us learn from the past,
And hold on to hope that will last.
