Thomas The Pigeon Brings Christmas Joy
DownBurst Media
In a cozy town, so bright,
Lived a pigeon, pure delight.
Thomas flew with wings so gray,
Curious, he'd glide and sway.
One cold morn, a flash of green,
Among the trees, a sight unseen.
A hummingbird with a goatee,
Sipping nectar, wild and free.
“Hello there!” chirped Thomas loud,
“I'm Thomas, come join the crowd!”
“I'm Goatee, Christmas is here,
Let’s spread joy, bring some cheer!”
They soared through homes, lights aglow,
Gifts wrapped tight, love in tow.
Laughter rang, a sweet refrain,
Winter’s peace, joy unchained.
But then they heard a gentle sigh,
An elderly woman, oh so shy.
“Why so sad?” Goatee inquired,
Her heart was heavy, hope expired.
“Christmas once brought me such glee,
Now I'm alone, no family.”
“Let’s cheer her up!” Thomas said,
With a plan, their hearts were fed.
They gathered leaves, twigs in hand,
Thomas flew, made snowflakes land.
A tiny tree, they built with care,
The woman gasped, joy in the air.
“Thank you!” she laughed, eyes aglow,
“This surprise has warmed my soul!”
They danced around, spirits bright,
Creating peace, pure delight.
As the sun set, they took flight,
Thomas knew this felt so right.
With Goatee, a friendship grew,
Spreading joy, their hearts anew.
Every Christmas, side by side,
Adventures waiting, hearts open wide.
In a cozy town, love would bloom,
With Thomas and Goatee, joy would loom.
